Brief Profile:

Asst. Professor has been teaching in the P.G Department of Commerce since 2011. She has completed M.Com from Madras Christian College- Chennai, M.Sc (Psychology), M.Phil, PhD from University of Madras, and MBA from IGNOU. She has 25 years of teaching experience both National and International. She has presented papers and chaired sessions in National Seminars. Attended National and International conferences and workshops. Published papers in National Journals. Her area of research is in Organizational Behaviour, IT in Management etc.,

Member in the Board of Studies (2010-2013) – New ELIMS Educational and Charitable Trust with Academic Collaboration of Karnataka State Open University, Member in the Editorial Board of KPC Journal of Management Research. An approved guide of Madurai Kamaraj University for M.Phil, IGNOU and Anamalai University for MBA, Supervised projects at Masters level -University of Heartfortshire, UK.

Attended Distance Learning content writing workshop organised by INTI College Malaysia and Case Study Development work shop organised by Case Research Society of India. Represented the college at the University level and won District Badminton championship at school level. A recipient of the Governor of Tamil Nadu and President of India award – for girl guiding.
