Brief Profile

Dr.Rajith.K.S. – Assistant Professor, has been working in the Department of Physical Education since 2010. He has completed M.P.E from, Lakshmibhai National College of Phy.Education, Trivandrum,M.Phil, PhD from Annamalai University, and Diploma in Sports Coaching from NSNIS of SAI,Bengaluru. He has more than 10 years of experience as Hockey Coach. He has presented papers in National as well as International Seminars. Attended National and International conferences and workshops. Published papers in National Journals. His area of research is in Training Methodology in Sports Coaching.

A Gold medal recipient of Annamalai University for the best Ph.D Thesis in Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the year 2007. Represented the University of Kerala in Hockey for 4 years in South Zone Inter University Hockey tournament and All India Inter University hockey tournament.Represented Kerala University in handball in All India Inter University tournament. First rank holder in M.Phil as well as in Diploma in Sports Coaching .
